Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and carefully review medical histories to ensure accurate diagnoses.
• Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests such as blood tests and X-rays to guide treatment decisions.
• Diagnose and manage a variety of acute health issues, crafting personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs.
• Prescribe medications based on proven medical guidelines and closely monitor their effectiveness for ongoing treatment.
• Maintain meticulous patient records in compliance with legal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.
• Provide educational support to patients and their families regarding health conditions, preventive measures, and treatment options.
• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in workshops and seminars to stay updated on the latest medical advancements.
• Advocate for wellness and preventive care, encouraging patients to adopt healthy lifestyle habits.

Qualifications

• Possession of an unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant.
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program, demonstrating foundational knowledge and competency in healthcare.

• A thorough understanding of federal and state healthcare regulations, ensuring compliance and high standards of care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 200,000 to 280,000 annually, reflecting experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
