Director of Pricing Strategy

To drive value creation through pricing and customer engagement, the full-time Director of Pricing Strategy will develop competitive pricing models, define client engagement frameworks, and establish governance policies while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize service delivery. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain flexible pricing models and conduct market analysis to inform strategic decisions Define client segmentation models and implement onboarding and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value Establish a deal desk function to manage non-standard pricing and ensure compliance with governance policies Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or enterprise sales operations, preferably in a B2B technology environment Proven track record in designing pricing models for services or complex solutions Strong analytical and financial modeling skills MBA or relevant advanced degree Experience with deal desk functions and client negotiations
