Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and develop targeted treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions during individual therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities that promote healing and personal development.

• Establish evidence-based therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment strategies to ensure optimal progress.

• Offer teletherapy sessions as necessary, making services more accessible for clients facing logistical challenges.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress to uphold the highest standards of ethical practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices, therapeutic techniques, and evolving mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, seeking help for conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. As a Mental Health Counselor at Creekview Behavioral Health, you will work closely with individuals of all ages, understanding their unique circumstances, and guiding them through their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and support their therapeutic journey.

• A compassionate, non-judgmental approach, coupled with a strong ethical foundation.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently within a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing teletherapy services, adapting traditional methods to virtual platforms effectively.

• Previous work experience in community health settings or private practice environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is highly competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, based on your experience and caseload.
