Role Description
Natera is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to lead and scale our marketing infrastructure across Corporate Marketing. This role will be responsible for architecting and optimizing the systems, processes, and data strategy that power demand generation, lead management, and revenue growth.
As a key partner to Marketing and Sales, this leader will drive operational excellence across the full marketing funnel from lead acquisition through pipeline acceleration while ensuring data integrity, actionable insights, and seamless alignment with sales. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with a proven ability to build scalable processes in a high-growth environment.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related field
- Proven experience scaling marketing operations in a high-growth organization
- Strong preference for experience in biotech, healthcare, or regulated industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Requirements
- Deep expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate both strategically and tactically
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
