Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions via telehealth within a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to enhance client outcomes.

• Document progress, maintain accurate client records, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive support to clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and innovative therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Clients may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in New York.

• Strong bilingual communication skills in both Spanish and English to provide effective psychotherapy services.

• At least two years of supervised experience in a mental health setting, particularly with diverse populations.

• Respect for cultural differences and an understanding of how these impact mental health care.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
