This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to support clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional and responsive work atmosphere. You will be expected to engage with clients through telehealth platforms, ensuring both quality therapy and efficiency in care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client mental health, utilizing standardized practices to determine the best therapeutic approach.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific circumstances and goals.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based techniques, interventions, and coping strategies designed to foster healing and growth.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with privacy regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and referrals as needed.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights, enhancing community amongst the staff.

• Provide crisis intervention and support in high-pressure situations, remaining calm and composed as you address immediate client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a varied client population that may include individuals facing challenges such as substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. Your ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds and to utilize culturally responsive practices will be fundamental to your success in this role. Each client will require a unique approach, and your expertise will play a crucial part in guiding them towards recovery and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

• Minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, including evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to individual and group therapy environments.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with and support diverse individuals and groups.

• Proficient in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard office software.

Compensation and Benefits\n
