Sales Director

As Sales Director, North America, you will be a pivotal leader in driving significant growth across our brand, data and media owner business throughout North America, collaborating closely with our dynamic leadership team. This unique opportunity involves building a substantial book of business, advancing your career, and becoming a recognized leader in the evolving marketing technology landscape. Key responsibilities include engaging senior‑level contacts through compelling, value‑based presentations, confidently navigating the technical intricacies of enterprise software sales, and partnering with cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure customer success and drive product adoption. What you’ll need Proven sales leadership experience (7+ years preferred) within the digital marketing and advertising ecosystem in North America, specifically with a strong track record in data, platform, or SaaS businesses. Deep understanding of the advertising landscape, including ad tech, media buying, campaign optimization and measurement. Demonstrated expertise in navigating complex sales cycles within the agency operations and brand direct environments. Foundational knowledge and keen interest in emerging technologies related to data collaboration, identity resolution, and privacy‑centric solutions. Highly motivated, results‑driven, and passionate about identifying customer challenges and developing innovative, sales‑led solutions that deliver measurable value. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. A strategic thinker with the ability to identify new market opportunities and contribute to product and go‑to‑market strategies. Experience working with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer success and drive product adoption.
