Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused approaches to create individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and others tailored to clients’ unique circumstances and preferences.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring data integrity and professional accountability.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders and treatment options, while providing resources that empower them to manage their challenges effectively.

• Stay informed on current research and advancements in mental health treatments, integrating new knowledge into your practice to deliver effective and personalized care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas, demonstrating your qualification to provide clinical care.
