Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments utilizing standardized tools and interviews to evaluate mental health conditions, personal background, and social environment.

• Collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans that address each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic needs.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions to foster peer support and share therapeutic insights in a collaborative environment.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress in a confidential electronic medical records system, ensuring careful tracking of treatment outcomes and adjustments to care as needed.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals to coordinate care and enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

St. Elizabeth Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 95,000 per year, reflecting your skills and experience, along with a potential sign-on bonus.
