Business Development Representative - Service

The Business Development Representative - Service at Thompson Buick GMC Cadillac plays a crucial role in the growth and success of our dealership. This position is responsible for generating new business by proactively reaching out to potential customers and promoting our exceptional service offerings. Your Impact
Drive Revenue: Reach out to customers to generate new service leads and promote seasonal maintenance specials.
Expert Consulting: Educate clients on our technical capabilities and the long-term benefits of certified vehicle care.
Manage the Pipeline: Schedule service appointments and perform follow-ups to ensure a seamless client experience.
Data Integrity: Maintain precise records of all client interactions within our CRM/DMS systems.
Collaborate: Work closely with the Service Department to deliver a gold-standard customer journey.
Exceed Targets: Consistently meet or surpass monthly performance goals and KPIs.

Experienced: You have a background in sales or customer service (automotive experience is a major plus!).
