Founding Head of Operations & Growth

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer (COO) Location: New York City (Preferred) | Hybrid / Flexible About Bachi Bachi is building a premium hospitality marketplace that connects customers with exceptional private chefs, hibachi experiences, DJs, bartenders, and other event professionals. We're launching in New York City, the Hamptons, Nantucket, and Martha's Vineyard, with plans to expand into additional markets. Our mission is to become the premier platform for booking unforgettable private events and experiences. The Opportunity I'm looking for a true co-founder, not just an employee. This is an opportunity to join at the earliest stage of the company and help build Bachi from the ground up. You'll work directly with me to shape the company's strategy, operations, partnerships, and long term growth. Build and improve operational systems and processes. Recruit, onboard, and manage hospitality partners. Develop relationships with private chefs, DJs, bartenders, and other service providers. Drive business development and strategic partnerships. Help acquire customers and grow the marketplace. Hire and lead future team members. Work alongside the founder on company strategy and expansion. Qualifications Entrepreneurial mindset with a builder mentality. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment. Ability to solve problems independently and take ownership. Experience in hospitality, marketplaces, startups, operations, or technology is a plus. Passion for building a category defining company. Compensation This is an early stage co-founder opportunity. Meaningful founder equity. Minimal initial salary, increasing as the company grows and generates revenue. Standard four year vesting with a one year cliff. Why Join Bachi?
