Collections Representative
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the growth of the company, the full-time Collections Representative (UT) will manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on past-due accounts while providing top-tier customer support, working remotely within a 60-mile radius of Draper, Utah. Key responsibilities Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on overdue accounts Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients Participate in mandatory virtual training and adhere to scheduled shifts Required qualifications Prior experience in customer service and collections with strong interpersonal skills High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a minimum age of 18 Proficiency in computer and typing skills, with experience using multiple software applications Experience in a customer service or call center environment Ability to work from home with a designated workspace and reliable wired internet connection
