This fully remote position is an opportunity to provide critical mental health services, including individual and group therapy, and substance abuse assessments and treatments, to clients in need. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with colleagues in the healthcare team, contributing to the development of comprehensive discharge plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments.

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with local community resource groups and represent our organization at relevant meetings and committees focused on addressing social needs affecting our patient population.

• Provide therapeutic counseling and crisis intervention to patients, assessing emotional and behavioral issues to implement effective treatment strategies.

• Maintain clear communication with physicians regarding patient progress, addressing any emerging concerns and collaboratively adjusting treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.

• Document clinical activities, including progress notes and treatment plans, in a timely manner consistent with department policies to ensure a high standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds, addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. A commitment to a recovery-oriented approach is essential in our therapeutic interventions, as we prioritize empowering clients on their pathways to wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related discipline is required.

• A valid license to practice in the state of Oregon as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of experience working in an outpatient setting, demonstrating strong clinical skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients.

• Proven ability to foster professional relationships with fellow therapists, medical professionals, and patients, reinforcing a comprehensive approach to mental health care.

• Robust knowledge of mental health theories, assessment techniques, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum experience required is three years, candidates with additional specialized training or certifications in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse treatment, or family therapy will have an advantage in the selection process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
