Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Inner Fire Wellness Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients of all ages and their families to identify mental health needs and establish care plans.

• Delivering high-quality clinical social work and counseling interventions based on best practices to address the diverse needs of clients.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and community professionals, to ensure holistic care through regular communication and documentation.

• Managing a caseload of patients, maintaining ethical documentation practices, and ensuring timely completion of all necessary paperwork.

• Applying evidence-based treatment methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients achieve their individualized service plans and health goals.

• Participating in regular supervision sessions to advance your skills and ensure the best outcomes for your patients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
