Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to identify their specific mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families while employing various evidence-based interventions to facilitate healing and growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through timely documentation of progress notes and treatment strategies, adhering to all relevant HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in regular collaboration with other mental health professionals, including psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to provide a multidisciplinary approach to client care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities such as clinical supervision and training workshops to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with new research.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and protocols, ensuring the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity in all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LMFT license in the state of California.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on marriage and family therapy.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of solution-focused intervention methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with substance abuse therapy modalities and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
