Key Responsibilities

• Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients to create a safe space for open dialogue and understanding.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health disorders in individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans, ensuring alignment with the specific needs and circumstances of each client.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, or other modalities as appropriate.
• Monitor and document client progress through ongoing assessments, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to refer clients to additional specialists when required, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Participate in case consultations and contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and innovations in therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as marital conflicts, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and addiction concerns. You will employ your expertise to guide clients through their difficulties, fostering resilience and promoting healing within their relationships and personal lives.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong therapeutic skills and the capability to motivate and inspire clients throughout their treatment journey.
• Exceptional communication skills essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with team members.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in mental health practice.

Preferred Experience

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly valued.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders will be an asset.
• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with the cultural dynamics that impact mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, contingent upon qualifications and related experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
