Position Overview

In It Together Physical Therapy is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist at our outpatient rehabilitation clinic located in the vibrant community of Monroe, New York. This full-time position, operating Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, offers a structured and supportive work environment where you can thrive as a healthcare professional. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues, including pain management and movement dysfunctions, and develop tailored rehabilitation plans.
• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and task-specific training to facilitate patient recovery.
• Provide ongoing education to patients regarding rehabilitation processes, successful recovery techniques, and injury prevention strategies to foster self-management.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists to ensure cohesive patient care and optimized health outcomes.
• Keep meticulous records of patient evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a variety of patients, including post-operative individuals, athletes recovering from sports injuries, and clients with chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A current New York State License to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; candidates holding a Master's or Doctorate degree will be given preference.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy practice is preferred, we strongly encourage new graduates to apply, as we provide robust mentorship programs to support your growth.

Compensation and Benefits
