Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, adapting approaches based on client needs.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training, to stay informed of the latest trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse group of individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Many clients have limited access to mental health services, making your role vital in providing essential support and guidance. You will work directly with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among others, helping them to achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health profession.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with a variety of clientele.
