Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to formulate individualized therapy strategies, addressing both immediate concerns and long-term goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others to deliver effective treatment to individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews to create a cohesive treatment plan that encompasses input from various healthcare disciplines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, keeping abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Competitive annual salary between $120,000 and $140,000, with potential adjustments based on caseload and experience.
