Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support strategies.

• Maintaining open communication channels to meet contract standards while advocating for the mission of our agency.

• Establishing relationships with local and state agencies, promoting our programs, and identifying potential partners and funding.

• Engaging in professional growth activities, including attending conferences and statewide meetings related to mental health.

• Upholding and integrating the agency’s mission, values, and principles throughout your work.

• Performing additional tasks as directed by the Clinic Director to support the team and clients.
