Your responsibilities will include: - Evaluating patients in either an inpatient or outpatient environment and crafting individualized treatment strategies. - Conducting physical therapy interventions that focus on enhancing mobility, fortifying strength, and restoring balance. - Collaborating with nurses, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation experts to achieve the best possible patient outcomes. - Educating patients and families regarding therapy goals, discharge planning, and at-home exercises. - Documenting evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards. - Participating in team rounds and interdisciplinary discussions to ensure seamless, coordinated care. To thrive in this role, we require: - A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited program. - State licensure as a Physical Therapist and CPR certification are preferred, while specialized certifications in areas such as neurological or geriatric therapy are advantageous but not mandatory. - Previous experience is strongly preferred, along with the ability to handle complex medical and mobility challenges. - Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, as well as a comfort level with digital charting and clinical documentation systems.
