Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions as necessary, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform individualized care plans.

• Maintain timely and accurate treatment records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring best practices are followed in your clinical documentation.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, focusing on cultural competence and addressing specific patient needs.

• Monitor ongoing patient progress, applying interventions and strategies to effectively manage mental health diagnoses and support symptom reduction.

• Serve as a liaison between patients and external treatment providers, ensuring continuity of care and effective follow-up services.

• Provide educational mentorship to students, interns, and volunteers, promoting a culture of learning within the organization.
