Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strengths-based assessments for new clients and their families, tailoring your approach to meet diverse needs.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions based on the specific needs identified during assessments, employing various therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Manage all necessary documentation including billing, creating individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within specified time frames.
\n
• Develop crisis intervention plans, safety and relapse prevention strategies, as well as wellness plans to support client stability and ongoing success.
\n
• Create discharge plans to ensure smooth transitions for clients exiting therapy, emphasizing continued support and resources.
\n
• Adhere to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with NEHS policies and procedures.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to maintain licensure and enhance your therapeutic skills.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to foster collaborative understanding and improved patient outcomes.
\n
• Complete all necessary licensure requirements and mandatory training programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families seeking support for various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that leads to licensure.

• Licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Washington is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
