Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and physician referrals.
• Implement and modify treatment programs for diverse patient populations, including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related conditions.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities and techniques to achieve meaningful improvements in patient function and quality of life.
• Provide skilled, evidence-based care to patients in both clinic and, when applicable, home settings, ensuring adherence to physician-prescribed treatment plans.
• Support patients and their caregivers with education, guidance, and supportive training to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall effectiveness and success of the rehabilitation process.
• Achieve utilization goals and contribute to other key performance metrics aimed at improving service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Strong computer skills for documentation and management of patient records.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, demonstrating a broad skill set across multiple specialties.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly regarded.
• Current CPR Certification is desired.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
