Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop individualized care plans in accordance with physician directives.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and modalities aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Regularly assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve specific functional goals.
• Document all therapy sessions in a clear and concise manner, including the patient's response to treatment and any changes to their care plan.
• Engage with patients to educate them about their condition, therapeutic exercises, and self-management strategies to promote long-term health.
• Exhibit exceptional patient service through effective communication, compassion, and professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Spindletop, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing orthopedic challenges, pediatric cases, neurological conditions, and sports-related injuries. You will use modalities tailored to each specialty, creating individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and recovery goals of each patient. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) with a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems and basic computer applications for documentation and communication.
• A commitment to establishing rapport with patients while demonstrating empathy and support throughout their rehabilitation process.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical physical therapy setting, preferably within rehabilitation.
• Experience working with a variety of patient populations, enhancing skills to address multifaceted rehabilitation needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We are committed to offering high-competitive salary packages reflective of your experience and expertise, ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year.
