Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and functional abilities based on physician referrals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies for a variety of conditions including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related injuries.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions directly at the rehabilitation center or via home health visits, ensuring alignment with each patient's physician-ordered plan of care.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service in every interaction, contributing to a positive clinic environment and overall patient satisfaction.
• Engage in educational sessions with patients and their caregivers to promote understanding of treatment processes and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient treatment outcomes and meet organizational goals.
• Participate in regular clinical meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the clinic.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatment progress, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will encompass a wide range of patients undergoing rehabilitation for various conditions, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, pediatrics with developmental delays, and adults overcoming surgeries or chronic pain issues. You will play a critical role in empowering patients by developing their strength, mobility, and overall quality of life, as they work towards achieving their personalized goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in a range of treatment techniques.
• A current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to building rapport with patients and their families.
• Competency in word processing and the use of electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in specialized areas such as pediatric physical therapy, sports rehabilitation, or geriatric care is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes:
