Work Environment

Operating hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work schedule where you can focus on your patients without the pressures of extended hours or weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy sessions in accordance with each patient's specific goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Ensure a manageable patient load that allows you to devote sufficient time and focus to each client, enhancing treatment effectiveness.
• Apply your expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation while utilizing a range of techniques, including manual therapies and specific exercise programs.

• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and exercise program development.
• Competent in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically familiar with Web PT.
• Demonstrable knowledge of contemporary physical therapy practices supported by current research.

• Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
