Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Little Rehabilitation Physical Therapy, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating patients referred by physicians and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Providing care to a wide range of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize patient outcomes.
• Offering education to patients and their families regarding injury prevention, treatments, and rehabilitation protocols.
• Actively participating in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and share best practices.
• Utilizing advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities to achieve functional improvements consistent with the physician's plan of care.
• Demonstrating outstanding customer service skills to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for all patients.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
