You will work onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center located in Woodbridge, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical histories and performing specialized assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings and proposed treatment strategies to patients and their families, engaging them in the decision-making process to set shared goals.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's unique presentation, continually assessing and adjusting care plans as necessary based on patient progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes, identifying when additional consultations or modifications to the plan of care are warranted.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, evaluations, and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to meet productivity expectations, manage patient appointments, and participate in departmental meetings and community outreach initiatives.
• Contribute to departmental goals by complying with accreditation regulations and engaging in quality improvement processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Pathways, you will work with a diverse range of patients, from post-operative rehabilitation to chronic pain management. Your focus will be on empowering individuals to regain their independence and improve their quality of life through tailored therapy programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Physical Therapy license as required in Virginia.
• American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification is mandatory.

Preferred Experience
