Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient evaluations that include reviewing medical histories, performing individualized assessment tests, and documenting treatment recommendations and outcomes.
• Communicate evaluation results, treatment plans, and rehabilitation goals clearly to patients and their families, ensuring they are active participants in their care journey.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment protocols and adjust them based on evolving patient data and outcomes, adapting to the dynamic healthcare ecosystem.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance overall patient care and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring prompt adjustments in response to changes in patient condition.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program is mandatory.
• Current state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Certification in CPR is required to ensure patient safety during care.

Preferred Experience
