Work Environment

The position is predominantly onsite as a part of our home care program, allowing you to provide therapy in the familiar surroundings of your patients' homes. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team, including healthcare professionals from various disciplines, to ensure holistic care for each child.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough pediatric physical therapy evaluations to assess each child's needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that target neurological, orthopedic, and developmental conditions pertinent to the patient population.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, utilizing play and activity to engage children effectively, while monitoring their progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate and empower families by providing clear instructions on home exercise programs and strategies that facilitate ongoing improvement in their child's mobility and function.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and exchange insights on patient progress with physicians, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and physical therapist assistants.

Qualifications
