Work Environment

The work setting for this position is our onsite Rehabilitation Center, where you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a supportive and inspiring environment. You will interact with a diverse patient population, providing care during regular hours from Monday to Friday, with a typical 40-hour work week. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, identifying their needs and defining treatment goals.
• Design, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient progress.
• Provide treatment across various specialties including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine, ensuring each patient's specific needs are met.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service by maintaining positive relationships with patients and family members while contributing to a welcoming environment.
• Work collaboratively with a broader healthcare team, sharing insights and leveraging resources to maximize positive patient outcomes.
• Engage with patients and caregivers through consultations, education, and training, empowering them to take an active role in the rehabilitation process.
• Achieve utilization targets and contribute to the overall success of the clinic through effective patient management.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse demographic, including individuals recovering from surgical interventions, those managing chronic conditions, and athletes returning to peak performance. Your empathetic approach will be instrumental in fostering trust and connection, enabling patients to progress and achieve their functional rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• Valid State License to practice Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and team members.
• Demonstrated proficiency in word processing and general computer skills, important for maintaining patient records and documentation.
• Exhibit a genuine desire to connect positively with each patient, fostering close relationships that drive enhanced recovery.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
