Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify patients' needs and barriers to treatment, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of both personal and environmental factors affecting them.

• Provide individual and group therapy, employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each patient's unique circumstances while continuously monitoring progress and adapting the treatment plan accordingly.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop integrated care strategies that enhance patient compliance and satisfaction.

• Document social work activities and patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner to maintain compliance with departmental and regulatory standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
