Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Noble Behavioral Health, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each client's mood disorder symptoms, including severity, frequency, and duration.

• Create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, identifying specific goals and preferences while ensuring that interventions are targeted and effective.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress and recovery.

• Provide ongoing education and resources to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document clients' progress throughout their treatment, making necessary adjustments to therapy approaches based on their evolving needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Stay informed about the latest research in the field of mood disorders to continuously enhance your therapeutic skills and approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and remain connected with colleagues.

• Act as an advocate for mental health awareness and the de-stigmatization of mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with clients diagnosed with various mood disorders, including but not limited to those facing the challenges of depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n
