Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate appropriate treatment plans tailored to each client's therapeutic needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, accommodating the unique preferences and requirements of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, acquiring insights from other healthcare practitioners to create a unified approach to clients' treatment.

Your work will primarily involve supporting clients seeking assistance with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing counseling services, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertinent to the counseling profession.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
