Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve reaching a varied clientele, including ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrant populations. Each patient will come with diverse life experiences and unique mental health challenges that require sensitivity, understanding, and customized therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license in the state of Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A deep understanding of various mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment techniques, and the principles of cultural competence in therapeutic settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
