Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs and to collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Create tailored therapeutic strategies that address the unique goals and challenges of each client, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.

Qualifications\n
