Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility) in Michigan
• Skilled in providing OT services within school settings
• Strong expertise in fine and gross motor skill development
• Comfortable delivering both in-person and teletherapy interventions
• Compassionate, communicative, and flexible
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply—mentorship and support are provided

Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and design comprehensive, evidence-based therapy plans
• Deliver therapy services one-on-one, in small groups, or remotely as appropriate
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to set goals
• Document progress, maintain compliance with school and state regulations
• Educate staff and parents regarding OT strategies to support student development
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices
