Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active, unencumbered Occupational Therapy license appropriate for schools
• Previous experience in a school environment or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for supporting student growth, independence, and participation in classroom settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive OT assessments to support student IEPs and 504 plans
• Develop and implement intervention strategies targeting fine motor, sensory processing, and self-help skills
• Consult with teachers, families, and staff regarding accommodations and classroom modifications
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports as required by school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and share expertise in student needs and progress
• Adapt strategies in real-time to meet evolving student goals
• Provide education and training to staff and caregivers as needed
