Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the unique needs of patients, ensuring the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, continuously adapting care plans based on patient progress and emerging needs.

• Facilitate ongoing communication with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support, ensuring all involved parties are informed and engaged in the treatment process.

• Identify and address crisis situations effectively, providing immediate support and appropriate resources or referrals to enhance patient wellbeing.

• Document interactions and assessments accurately using our integrated case management system, ensuring compliance with all clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Actively participate in the development of discharge plans, working collaboratively with a range of professionals to maintain continuity of care post-treatment.

• Serve as an advocate for patients, helping them navigate community resources, treatment programs, and support networks that contribute to their recovery.

• Provide emotional support and debriefing to staff members following adverse events in collaboration with the Employee Assistance Program.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health counselors provide care to a broad array of populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and relationship stressors. Your role will involve building strong rapport with clients, assessing their needs, and being a key source of support throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution, with a strong foundation in mental health practices and theories.

• Current licensure in the state of Colorado as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or psychologist is required.

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly with clients and their families.

• Familiarity with community mental health resources and referral mechanisms.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, along with additional incentives including a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
