Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual or telephonic educational support to patients, guiding them through their treatment pathways.

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients as well as healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative relationship.

• Assess and understand each patient’s unique support needs, providing tailored communications that enhance their treatment experience.

• Instruct patients on program policies and procedures, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

• Document patient interactions and progress in clinical charts accurately, maintaining compliance with all necessary record-keeping standards.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress in alignment with their treatment goals, adjusting support strategies as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly focus on individuals seeking recovery within a detox environment. Being sensitive and responsive to the challenges faced by patients in this vulnerable state is imperative. You will be instrumental in supporting clients who may be navigating significant life transitions related to substance use and mental health concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Current LCSW license in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of professional counseling experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
