Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to establish their treatment needs, integrating clinical observations with client-reported data.

• Document detailed progress notes and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans that comply with state and federal regulations.

• Work closely with the clinical director to perform chart audits, review treatment notes, and ensure that all documentation meets compliance standards.

• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and trust-building techniques.

• Collaborate with fellow team members during staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions to share insights and strategies for improved client care.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the delivery of services and measuring the effectiveness of treatments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals dealing with addiction, dual diagnosis, and various mental health disorders. Many clients may have complex histories that require an understanding of both addiction and mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid California state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Three or more years of direct experience working with individuals facing addiction, dual diagnosis, and mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
