Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' counseling needs, including substance abuse evaluations based on the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) criteria.

• Utilizing the ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) criteria to determine appropriate treatment levels, ensuring clients receive the care they need.
\n
• Developing and implementing personalized substance abuse counseling treatment plans that cater to clients' unique situations.
\n
• Creating a discharge and continuum of care plan that outlines the necessary steps for clients' ongoing recovery journey.
\n
• Documenting all therapeutic interactions, assessments, and treatment modifications in clients' clinical records, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
\n
• Managing a diverse caseload while keeping up with treatment planning duties and follow-up care.
\n
• Coordinating support services for clients and their families, ensuring they have access to additional resources as needed.
\n
• Engaging with external stakeholders such as legal, educational, and employment sources to facilitate a cohesive support network for clients.

• Leveraging a multidisciplinary team approach to address crisis situations and implement effective interventions where necessary.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees.

• Experience in co-occurring counseling, specifically with substance abuse clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a rewarding salary, we provide:
