Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their counseling needs.

• Utilize DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) criteria to diagnose substance use disorders and determine appropriate treatment levels based on ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) guidelines.

• Develop comprehensive substance use treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Create actionable discharge and continuum of care plans to facilitate seamless transitions to various levels of care.

• Document all aspects of client care, including assessments, education services, counseling sessions, and follow-ups in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely treatment planning, charting, and service reviews.

• Coordinate support services for clients and their families, meticulously logging every interaction in the clinical record.

• Engage with referral sources such as legal entities, schools, and employers to advocate for client needs and establish continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
