Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Conway Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, determining individualized treatment plans based on their specific conditions.
• Implement evidence-based interventions across various specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Provide therapeutic care through skilled hands-on techniques and personalized exercises to facilitate functional recovery aligning with the physician's plan of care.
• Collaborate with our healthcare team to maximize patient outcomes, engaging in regular case discussions to refine treatment approaches.
• Train and educate patients and their caregivers on recovery processes, demonstrating exercises and mobility techniques that they can perform at home.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure compliance with utilization goals and other performance metrics.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must have:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively connect with patients and team members.
• Competency in word processing and electronic medical records management.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
