Your Role

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design individualized therapy strategies to assist them in reaching their functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' motor skills, cognition, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers about therapy methods that support sustained progress at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement for continuing education and advanced certifications

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is mandatory
