Creative Strategist, Copy

About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Strategist, Copy who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and performance marketing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing creative strategies backed by data while writing compelling copy that converts. You'll work closely with designers, media buyers, and clients to build high-performing paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Write compelling ad copy, including hooks, headlines, primary text, CTAs, and video scripts.
• Build testing plans and creative experimentation frameworks.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics ( CTR, CVR, ROAS, Hold Rate, Thumbstop Rate ) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop audience personas, messaging frameworks, and creative concepts.
• Create and present client-facing performance and strategy presentations.
• Write creative briefs for designers, editors, and creative teams.
• Collaborate with media buyers, designers, and account managers to execute campaigns.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, copywriting, and creative iteration.
• Stay current on paid social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in creative strategy and paid social copywriting.
• Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok advertising .
• Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize creative based on data.
• Experience developing creative testing frameworks and audience personas.
• Experience building and presenting client-facing strategy decks.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar .
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience working in a marketing agency or fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Fortune 500 or consumer brands .
• Familiarity with additional paid social platforms.
• Experience with Motion/Runneth .
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and creative optimization.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative and media teams.
