Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain and update crisis alerts to ensure seamless coordination with county crisis services when emergencies arise.

• Oversee the transitions of clients between hospital or inpatient services and our programs, ensuring effective communication with healthcare teams to facilitate smooth discharges.

• Document all client interactions and therapeutic progress in accordance with department protocols and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular case reviews and collaborative meetings with fellow counselors to share best practices and approaches that lead to improved patient outcomes.

• Adapt therapeutic modalities based on individual client needs and progress, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to specific demographics.

• Conduct follow-up assessments to gauge client satisfaction and therapeutic effectiveness, adjusting care plans as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
