Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions via telehealth, providing insightful guidance and support aligned with each patient's treatment goals.

You will primarily work with diverse patient populations experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) issued by the state board; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working in mental health or clinical settings, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic modalities and best practices.

• Proven ability to perform thorough evaluations and generate effective treatment plans tailored to the needs of the patient.

• Exemplary interpersonal skills, coupled with a natural ability to connect with and understand individuals from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented with potential bonuses based on performance.
