Full time | Campbell Property Management | United States Posted On 06/11/2026 Job Information Up to $23 DOE City Singer Island State/Province Florida 33404 Job Description The Condominium Association Administrative Assistant provides administrative, operational, and customer service support to the condominium association. This position serves as a primary point of contact for residents, vendors, and board members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate recordkeeping, and compliance with association policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Maintain association records, files, and databases. Prepare correspondence, notices, newsletters, and resident communications. Schedule and coordinate board meetings, annual meetings, and committee meetings. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials. Manage office supplies and administrative resources. Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, residents, and guests. Respond to inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional and timely manner. Track resident complaints and coordinate follow-up actions. Assist with move-in/move-out procedures and resident orientation. Maintain records of assessments, fees, and collections. Support budget preparation and financial reporting activities. Maintain vendor contracts and insurance certificates. Schedule maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Communicate with contractors regarding work orders and project updates. Monitor vendor performance and maintain service records. Ensure association records comply with governing documents and applicable regulations. Maintain homeowner files and architectural review documentation. Assist with enforcement of association rules and policies. Track insurance policies, permits, licenses, and required renewals. Provide administrative assistance to the Board of Directors. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting packets. Assist with election processes and annual meeting requirements. Maintain confidentiality regarding board matters and resident information. Full-Time Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm Pay Rate: Up to $23 DOE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION YOU LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE SINGER ISLAND! Skills & Qualifications Highly responsive and able to provide excellent customer service. Ability to create and develop long-term relationships. Multitask in a fast passed environment.
